Mr. S.W. Cho, Chairman

Mr. Cho established V-Grow group of private companies in 1970 in Hong Kong. He has extensive experiences in owning and managing numerous logistics related companies such as shipping(both container and break bulk), terminal, and container depots. He was the pioneer in container shipping having set up the first container liner service between Korea and China. He has built solid relationships all over China from his many years of doing businesses with Chinese parties since 1980.

Mr. Cho is mainly responsible for developing strategic goals and developing new business for our group.

Mr. Keith Mok, Executive Director

Having educated in Vancouver, Canada and trained as a Chartered Accountant, Mr. Mok has extensive financial and management experiences before joining our group in Singapore in 1993 as our Chief Financial Officer. He was fully responsible in setting up our first total logistics company in Singapore and transforming our traditional logistics companies into integrated third party logistics service providers with modern management concepts and state of the art information systems.

Mr. Mok is responsible for the management of the whole group covering for all operations, marketing and finances.
